Does TWRA flood tumbleweed out or does it just rely on rainfall to do the job?
Tumbleweed is mostly a area that was farm land a few years ago. Some is timber but not old enough to be any good for ducks. TWRA bought it and just let weeds and brush grow. It only floods if the MS river gets high enough to get out into fields. There is no part of it that is flooded by the state. When the MS river gets out some of the fields get covered by 5 to 20 ft of water.
