Tuff-Line flip disk

Got one used it today,it did a great job without adding weight,but it rocks back and forth a lot unless you are going REALLY slow.Would adding weight help this ,or does it even matter

adding weight would help a couple concrete blocks filled with quickcrete will do it plus get it in the ground quicker

I have one of those. I took two landscape timbers and connected them together, then cut holes through the top of the disc to put the timbers in, thay stick up towards the back at about a 45 degree angle, I then hang a couple of concrete blocks on the timbers for weight. The angle maximizes your weight from the rocks and you get a great bite w/ the disc. It's lighter and a little easier to manage than the quickcrete method, I've tried both and I think I get a better bite this way. I wish I had a picture to show you, hopefully the description makes sense.

Does it not have an angle adjustment as on the non-flip tuff line disk? I have 3 positions on mine and the middle one cuts the best without crowwalking. The least one is more like an aerator effect so i just leave it in the middle and keep it under 5mph and this cures most of the problem.

The flip disc isn't adjustable at all, it's either flipped up or down and that's it. Curse BPS for being out of the non-flip model the day I bought mine!

i bought the one tractor supply has its made in line so theres no crow hoping .
i had one of the ones made like yours kept breaking disks off the out side ones

The king kutter at tractor supply is the best pull behind disc for a 4wheeler in my opinion. You got a good one pety221.
