Grilling some whole chicken wings and frying a few also I think. Going to Sprinkle some of this on some and see how they turn out. It seems a bit salty too me, I'd like the sweet or heat to stand out more but for me its the salt. Should still be good though. Got the green beans from the garden in the crock pot with bacon, doing some corn bread later before grilling chicken. Going to be a good Sunday dinner here!

Interesting. I love their stuff and haven't seen that anywhere.

If it's too salty up front, season your wings with it a day ahead of time to allow the salt from the rub to get into the meat, rather than just sticking to the skin. That should temper it down more

It was even better than I hoped. I changed it up a bit, a few of the wings got brushed with dukes alabama white sauce. Both sauced and unsauced were good. The hot honey rub didn't seem too salty on the chicken compared to the finger test! My cornbread was about perfect!!
