What you need:

Turkey Fryer
2 bags Zatterain's (sp?) crab boil
5 lb. small red potatoes, whole but you can cut in half if they are large
3 lbs. peeled, uncooked shrimp
couple pounds of crab legs
15 - 20 half ears of corn
2 lemons, quartered
2 packs polish saugage, sliced in 2" - 3" sections
2 large onions, quartered

Fill your fryer with water about 2/3 full and bring to a rolling boil. Add both bags crab boil seasoning. Add potatoes. Let them cook a while on a slow boil. Add corn, sausage, lemon wedges, and onion. Cook until potatoes are done. Take all that stuff out and put in a big pan and cover it. It will stay plenty warm until the next course is ready.

Put your crab legs in for a few minutes. The cook pretty quick. Add your shrimp. Cook for about a minute or two. Turn the heat off and let them simmer for 15 minutes or so. Dip the legs and shrimp out into another pan.

Eat.
