Do I need a trout stamp if I buy the yearly sportsman license?

Should be covered. With a sportsman's, the only thing you would ever need to buy additional is a duck stamp. I have my lifetime and that's what I was told. Can't imagine the yearly being any different

I was told different by a local fly shop there last year. Not saying you're wrong but readers may want to double check.
