Hodgdon states that this granular can be used in pistols and .50 caliber and less. CVA does not recommend it. It has a higher velocity. Is this granular dangerous in my Optima Pro?

I believe that 777 fffg has a max charge of 120 grains. It has a finer granule and therefore more propellant is packed into equal space. I shoot 100 grains of 777 fffg in a Remington 700 ML behind a 250 grain Barnes MZ and have been pleased with the results. I tried 110 grains a couple of times and it bucked pretty good and the accuracy fell off. I feel like 100 grains of loose 777 fffg is comparable to 3-50 grain 777 ffg pellets.
