I have a Trijicon Reflex and they are excellent sights. Mine has the amber triangle and no batteries to worry about.
 
I don't think you can go wrong with either. I have the Eotech XPS2-2. It uses the CR123 batteries that are supposed to last 3 times longer and has numerous brightness settings to accomidate the lighting.

Both will be pretty quick to get on target I am sure it comes down to preference on the reticle at this point. Some like the Eotech's circle and say its much quicker. Probably boils down to personal preference.
