Trespass question

Say I'm at work and my neighbor calls and says someone is hunting my property right now.
Do I have any action for them hunting without permission if I can't get back to meet a TWRA officer?
Can Sheriff deputies arrest for trespassing?
Either way do I have to be present?

If an officer can make contact and get the violator's information, you could do your part later when the warrant is filled out. It won't be as easy without you being there, but it could be done.
