Tree watering system

Glad I haven't had to use it much this year.

225 gal. tank setting on the hill above my trees, with a garden-hose running down the hill to the trees. I have another tank just like it that I put in the back of my truck to fill this tank.

I see them on craigslist all the time. The one I have I got from a farmer, and it had gly in it.

Most of the ones on CL say that they have had honey in them, or food grade tanks. They range from 50 to $75, or maybe free from a farmer somewhere.

They have stopped picking these up from farmers when they are empty. A lot will probably give them away for free. Next time I'm in Indiana I know a guy I might pick up one or two if I have the room in the truck!

They are a great tool for watering. I might just pick one up for my tree plot. This year hasn't been bad but I lost a few trees last year with the heat/drought.
