Nothing. No snacks for me. I might eat a bite for breakfast, but usually not even that. I guess a good supper usually lasts me till at least lunch the next day, and I really don't want the added scent of any food out there with me either. Heck, pb sammiches might even be considered bait!

Oats and Honey cereal bars were good luck for me last year...

Chocolate Chip or Oats and Honey granola bars.

On occasion, dried apples slices for the chlorophyll (breath neutralizer).

I was thinking apples and nuts & such - things that Deer would also eat (?) You could always drop/throw your apple core for them to eat (??)

Ummmm....... im pretty sure you will be warden punched for baiting if you do that.

I wondered about that (hence the question marks) - thanks for clarifying!

I don't bow hunt but when I sit all day for 12 hours in my blind during shotgun season I have several choices. Always have my Pepsi and water, several cold cut sandwiches, chips, snack bars, and a can of soup or stew. It's usually pretty cold and I made metal rack that sits over my buddy heater and carry a small pan to heat whatever I bring with. Sure helps during a cold day to have something hot in my stomach.

Since I walk out my back door and only hunt on my land (140 acres) these last several years, and don't generally stay for more than 4 hours per hunt, I put a couple of apples in my pocket and maybe a granola bar.

I know whatever I take with me will start talking to me after an hour and I will eat it ALL no matter what. I usually take PB crackers, granola bars, trail mix, diet mt dew, thermos of coffee and PB and honey sandwiches.

I'm surprised some of y'all can even hunt with all that gassy food lol

Guess some of y'all have to take "sky dumps" occasionally lol
