Tree ID?

Saw this tree in a neighborhood,lots and lots of fruit,round,little bigger than a golf ball.Tree reminds me of pear,but fruit reminds me of apple.

What cha think?

I've seen two trees like this, looks like a bradford pear except that the fruits are ping pong sized.

If it is an Asian pear then probably not. Because its likely grafted so it wouldnt grow true to seed. If I could see it in person I could say grafted or not.
