I have a question concerning trapping in TN.
Ive found where it has been explained that TCA 70-4-120 says to use steel jaw traps (assuming instant kill and leg hold) it must be recessed at least 12 inches into a hole or burrow, otherwise it is prohibited. My question is regarding cubby and leaning pole sets.
Does the cubby fit the bill of a hole or burrow if you recess the trap at least 12 inches from the opening with the size restrictions?
Examples can be seen here http://www.huntfishnyoutdoors.com/trapping.php
Then on to leaning pole sets. Are there any height provisions / pole angle restrictions or are they outright banned?
