Thinking the same. I also believe she is very old

I've seen a cow that looked like that and the uterus had dropped close to full term. The vet did a caesarean and delivered the live calf. Cow was dead the next morning and calf lived a couple days. Vet said no way she could have delivered it naturally.

Old doe. Agree with BSK, possibly carrying triplets. Maybe she will pop them out and be ok, but she looks pretty run down, bony along the spine and into the hams.

That's what a litter of fawns will do to a girl! She can't eat enough to keep up.

If she's old she could be just carrying low and it be twins or more. Hopefully it's an odd angle and stance and you'll see her with 2-3 babies running around soon. Keep us posted.
