i love my tracker its a 05 with a 60hp. I have not had any issues at all. Only thing i do is put gas and oil in it. Its hard to find a used tracker cause most people hold onto them forever. I really like the new ones. Seats are upgraded and additional fish finder up front. you cant go wrong with one

PLEASE do a google search and check out Bass Boat Central. I will post some links too. The net is full of stories about Tracker (Cracker) and their shotty welds, cracks, poor quality control, and terrible customer service.

I would recommend Xpress, Triton, G3, Lowe, Polarkraft, etc. There are a bunch of manufacturers building quality aluminum boats, but from all I read, Tracker isn't one of them.

These should get you started:

X2, there are a whole lot better boats out there for close to the same or exactly the same $.

I looked at several different models of Tracker boats... ended up buying a Triton aluminum a couple of weeks ago. Much better boat in my opinion... hopefully my opinion stays that.

I didn't buy the bass boat model... but I did look at both Tracker and Triton aluminum bass boat models. If I had bought the bass boat style, I still would have bought the Triton model.

I had one last year but didnt own it long enough to
form a opinion.

It was a 98 and ran great and had no leaks. Plus I
bought it at a great price.

I have a Fisher 1710 2001 model and still love it no problems and made by Tracker. I am fond of SeaArk and WarEagle also thay seem to have good layouts and more room. My next will be a War Eagle.

thanks guys for the info guess they are like anything else there is always going to be a lemon in the bunch.today a friend at work said he would sell his boat to me and at a price i probably shouldnt pass up.I know the boat well and know how he treats it and may go that route now.Aint decisions fun!!

Buddy has one.. To keep it simple, I'd spend my money elsewhere..
