I have been a member here for, well lets say a long time. I just found a tool in the Hunter's Corner that is under utilized, "Tn Deer Sightings". It is on the main page, drop down. This is good info we can share, that seems not to be used. It does not give your honey hole, it is by county. I have logged my info the last 2 days and I will continue the rest of this year and next year. If we used it, we could learn lots of stuff, by sharing, like when the rut kicks off in your area, rut ends, movement at various temps, cloud cover, the possibilites are endless.

If you can think of more info needed ask the MODS to expand the info asked.
 
Yeh checked the counties I hunt and there is nothing entered there all empty.. Could be a good tool to use if everybody did it..

We should have a link to that tool on this forum, so people can see it easily, and check local sightings as well as quickly and easily input their own sightings. Maybe we can have it on the top near the ads, or on the side but near the top so you don't have to scroll down much... if there's a button for TN deer sightings on every forum page maybe a lot of people will use it, and it can hold a lot of useful info. Just a thought.

Please update the Deer Sightings Link, I logged in today to log my hunts, am/pm, it will not let me put them in. The last day is Dec 21, 2012. Could we also track more than the last 2 years.
