Planted our food plot yesterday, couple hours before the rain hit. Is all the rain thats hittin east tn, too much rain for a freshly planted food plot?

Our plot is pretty much all flat, so maybe it wont run off, just didnt know if all this rain might drowned it out

A few years ago one of my main plots was a pond for about a day. The seed still came up great after it drained. Unless it somehow washes away down a slope it'll be alright.

You will be just fine, especially that you said it was flat ground. I always pray for rains like this right after I plant

Our creeks here flooded pretty good. My plot is good ways off a creek. and I pulled storm damage in crossville and cleveland this week and it looked like most of their creeks were flooding too. Thanks guys you eased my worries.
