it will be fine. the rain will drum it in

The whites seem to establish somewhat slower than the reds so you might have to keep any eye out for weed competition as it warms up. Reds jump up faster to form a bit of canopy to help block out the competition a little.

I have 14 acres of red clover we cut for hay that is crossed by deer every night. There are two small patches of white clover in the red clover that they keep picked short but they barely touch the red clover. My conclusion is that its just not as palatable or desirable.

I got a Field that has grown natural clover for the last few years really well. But the grass is finally taking over. I wanted to spray it with some round up then saw clover into the dead grass. First : will that work ? Second when's too late to sow clover in this manner?

In the Spring I try to get my clover out in February. I wouldn't plant clover after mid March myself. In the Fall I like to shoot for mid to late September. Possibly the 1st week or so of October.
