too dang hot

had to work till 3,,got home about 4 and I knew better but let JW talk me into goin,,we slipped up next to the rock fence and I would guess 6-8 fox squirrels were shakin the tree tops,I am pretty sure I could have killed them all by dark but I was done breakin a sweat,and not wanting John William`s cast soaked I decided to come back home

first time I been there all summer and it looks like always,,the ground is absolutely covered with hickory cuttings,,there is a spot under one of those trees I bet is 2 feet deep,,probably over 75 years of cuttings piled up.

maybe a quickie before church in the AM

btw I did go one for one walkin in and I can done see that 2-7 is not enough scope for the range capable of this CZ rifle,

I agree mr.big. I had to work half a day and wanted to go for the evening hunt, but it was so dang hot I just stayed inside in the AC and watched tv.

I agree, it was too dang hot.

The forecast for today had looked much "cooler" earlier in the week. Was really nice out early Friday morning. :(
