Hunted this morning, in the stand at 6:30. I saw a doe with 2 spotted fawns at 32 yards at 8:15. I know the fawns will probably survive, but I didn't take the shot. They stayed in front of me for at least 20 minutes. Also saw a messed up antlered buck at 47 yards, too far for me. Also saw about 12 turkeys and dozens of squirrels. All in all a great morning.
 
Only seen one deer this morning, not sure what it was since it was moving through a thicket. This evening was better, moved my stand to different location and had five baby bucks walk all over me. Largest one was a 4 pointer though, but I still had fun watching them play and spar! Looking for Grand Pa in the morning.

Saw several does with dawns, shot doe that was solo this morning. Afternoon walked in on 3 does in the field cut around them to find the rest of the herd bedded at my stand they finally leave get in my stand see 2 little bucks 1 maybe shooter that was way out there and had several does filter through justbefore dark. Awesome opening morning, can't wait to get up and do it all again.
