To trade or sell

Several years ago I had a marlin 1895G .45-70, loved to hunt with it and killed a hog or 2. Turned around and sold it to a member on here and replaced it earlier this year with a H&R Buffalo rifle .45-70 with a 32" barrel. While I like this gun alot, i really miss having the guide rifle.

Should I use it as a down payment/trade on a new 1895G or sell it to make payment, or say screw it and buy the 1895G and keep the buffalo gun?

I cant make up my mind lol

Sell it, as it pales in comparison to the 1895G, you won't need two anyways.

If you can afford to buy the Marlin straight out, keep the H&R. You can never have too many.

Which one do you like the most, the H&R or the 1895G? It sounds like you really liked the 1895G, if you're considering using the H&R to go back to the 1895G. Just from that, I say get the 1895, especially since you liked it so much. It'll be kinda like reuniting with a sweetheart. :D
