Food Plots To much rain ?

As much as I loved to see the rain coming through right after I plant, is there such a thing as to much rain I'm in east TN and we are getting hammered

Here in SE TN, calling for rain through next 'Wednesday. We have gone several days without rain as I have been able to mow the yard on a regular basis rather than waiting over a week for it to dry out. I don't think it will cause any problems.
Had a friend who had to plant a second garden due to the first one getting soaked and the roots rotted in the ground.

As far as seed goes, the only time you will have problems are if your seeds are washed off the plot, typically just from down pours.

This fellow has a level city lot. This also included tomato plants, etc. Roots rotted according to his finding.

Standing water can definitely take a toll
