Smokeless to much gun

Yup i realized today while hunting that i have way to much gun for my needs. While i love my tack driving savage\pacnor i found myself struggleing with it this evening while in my ladder stand. That long barrel gets in the way. My longest shots would nevet break the 150 yd mark. I am thinking of getting a slufoot conversion.One with a shorter barrel that would handle a little better in the woods.

Oh im not getting rid of her..lol just saying a shorter barrel would be handy.

I am going to build one of those " hot rods" for sure. But I am still keeping my savage 50. We just don't need that much gun here in ET. But LOL I have done got the fever and I will have one of them custom smoke poles before to long.
