No, according to google, I can not request a master list of all the Baiting Privilege License holders via the Freedom of Information Act or otherwise. I was hoping to get names and addresses so I would know if my neighbors were baiting to attract more deer to their side of the fence.

I know exactly where one spot is that the pos behind us dumped corn last year, right in the peak of rifle season. Zero doubts they do the same again this year. And we ARE in cwd zone. GW is fully aware but his hands are tied.

We should have a decent acorn crop again this year. Hoping we kill our deer before rifle ever opens.

I'm in favor of suppressing release of the legal rights of individuals. I would argue that any right that I have, as long as I follow the legal right to obtain it, shouldn't be public. I wouldn't want my burn permits public either.
