I went fishin near this park over the weekend...specifically in Indian Creek. Almost directly across the creek from the park camp grounds is some extensive tornado damage. It is a path about 50-75 yards wide and 400-600yds long. It must have been a powerful tornado. There were huge trees that were just ripped apart and lying in all different directions. I didn't hear of any reports of a funnel in this area. The only one I heard about was the one that touched down in Counce, TN and crossed the river near Bruton Branch. I was wondering if any of y'all had heard about this tornado? It was so close to the camp ground!
