TN License?

I have a co-worker that is an AL resident. He wants to come to TN and hunt coyotes with me.
What is the minimum license that he needs to be able to do this?

If he is over 16 then the type 072 Hunt-Small Game/waterfowl (7 days) or type 071 (annual) are the basic licenses. If you go on a WMA he would need a type 092 or 093 permit as well.

If he was born after Jan. 1, 1969 he will also be required to be hunter safety certified.
