Zero faith or belief in any scent attractants. At least to kill the one buck i want to. Now Does small bucks, they trail anything. They're like a 3 month old coon hood treeing anything that'll climb

I have, it has brought them in on a line sometimes. Mostly young bucks
This.

I use to use OB Nonscented Tampons and Hung them on trees. When I was done with them I would put them in a Zip Lock bag or a 35 MM film canister.

Should have seen the look I got from my wife when she found Tampons in my hunting stuff one time. Oh My.

Still carry Tampons in my hunting pack though. Figure if I ever get shot they will come in handy for plugging a wound. I learned that From Clint Smith at Thunder Ranch. They also make great emergency fire starters so don't judge too harshly.

Actually I have used it, any scent is a crap shoot but I have had bucks follow scent trails in using it and if I use a scent that's what I use.

I seem to get plenty of young bucks in range without any scent, so why spend the money lol

My dad used to swear by it, and I've seen deer react to it, but I dont think I've ever killed a deer "because" of it. They just happened by and stopped to smell it.

But I did meet Tink in a bar in Pike County one time. Nice guy.

lost a nice bruiser a few years back due to tinks.had him trailing a doe in heat and she hit the spot that had been marked and she was not happy causing him to hit thicket quicker than i could get a bead on him.i personally dont use attractant just earth scent for a cover scent.

I've used it and a few other companies stuff but, honestly can't say it really works. I'll buy scents if it looks like a good buy. But, not much.

Just gimmicks might get a young buck to come in curious but your not going to fool a mature buck. Same for cover scents...

Gave up on it several years back.im sure there's a time it may work...
But I'm not gonna waste valuable time fooling with it.

I have many times, but prefer code blue. I can honestly say for the most part this is not a great value in ROI........but I can tell you scents work sometimes. I missed a nice 8 pt at laurel hill on the MZ hunt a few weeks back. Coming down my scent trail , trailing me nose to the ground. if not for a idiotic change in scope I would have nailed him at 55 yards. Still sick over it. I had sprayed code blue on my boot bottoms and he was all over it.

What happened to the scope?

Killed this guy with the tinks on a cotton ball hanging 50 yards from the stand. I put a drop on my boots when i got out of the truck and then another drop every 100 or so yards... He followed the same trail i walked in on...I my have just got lucky but i buy a small bottle every year..and have had good results every year...Don't get me wrong i probably caught this big buy at his weakest point but i still think the tinks had a little to do with it..

I use Tinks on occasion, my dad swears by it. Had put some on my boots a few years back and walked through a woods trying to push deer to my dad - he watched as about 30mins later a big 12pt came out of the woods right where I walked but wasn't able to get close enough for a shot.

I prefer Ever Calm myself

I use Tinks but its hit or miss. Think it has scared off as many deer as it attracted. But It has gotten a few within bow range that I think would not have been if it were not for tinks. Guess that is why I still use it. Had more luck with a drag rag than just putting it out.

I am not that experienced with it. I have tried it a couple of times on a wick hanging from a tree limb but got no results. I have been told by those who hunt with me it generally does more harm than good but I am not sure.
