timney trigger on a rem 700

Has anyone installed a timney trigger on a 700 ? The barrel fits perfect on the stock after I filed to fit but when i tried to tighten down the screws, the wont work. I can't figure whats wrong. Any help is appreciate

the standard 60-70 dollar Timney is no better than the stock trigger

but the stock trigger couldnt get it down to 1.5 lbs either

I did one a 700 after installing it in a Richards Stock, you need to make sure you have clearance around the bolt release and trigger assembly. The Timney is a little wider so you might need to open up around the trigger gaurd also.
