We've had a mild winter so far. I have not been out to my plot since my last day of hunting, but the drought ended in December and we've been getting good rain since then. It's been a warm winter and I won't be surprised if I see the weeds and grass that I killed last fall will be growing again when I head out to "frost seed" (with no frost) in a couple weeks. Since I was planning on expanding the plot a little, I was thinking about spraying now instead of waiting until late March/early April. Anyone planning on spraying earlier this year due to the mild winter?

I talked to a guy that mowed his lawn last week.

If it's cool season perennials like fescue you can kill it in the new part right now with gly.

Now would be a decent time to use a grass selective product on the established clover as well. They are good on annuals and ok on perennials.
