Tikka Hunter

I came across some Tikka T-3 Hunters in left hand. If I want to order one I still have a couple months before the deadline.

I was looking at the 300 mag or the 300 WSM.

Are the Tikka rifles as good as people say?

Also which one would you get the 300mag or the 300 WSM??

they are great rifles and very light. i wouldn't want one in a magnum caliber.

Where did you find the Hunter version in LH? I would like to get my hands on one too. I had the Lite version in 270 WSM but sold it because I hated the cheap plastic stock. The wood stock will make the rifle better imo. What other calibers are available?

Between the 300 Win Mag and the 300 WSM, I personally would go the WSM route since I have 2 of them already.

Just stroll down, they are both left and right hand. There are several calibers on there.

A 6.5x55 would be awesome. I'll call Alex tomorrow to get more details. I will also ask him if he will be getting the new Sako 85 in left hand.

I don't know about the new ones. I've got a Tikka M695 in 25-06. I have had it for a lot of years. It has a permanent home!

Talked to them today. They are getting the Sako Hunter in left hand. They are going to be $1900 compared to the Tikka at $900. I don't know if I'm going to drop that much on the sako.

I love my t3 lite 300 wsm. Best shooting gun I've ever shot. It made my 700 look like a fool. As far as the plastic stock, it doesn't bother me at all. It actually holds up and looks better than my wood stocks after it gets roughed up in the woods.
