Tickweed or anyone else that would know. Is there any word on the seed avaliable for 2015? I'm interested in getting some of it this year.
 
For next year consider joining a Quail Forever chapter if you don't have a NWTF chapter close by. They have year-old seed available for $9 per bag but it is ordered in the early fall for spring delivery. Corn, soybean, and a few others available.
 
In process of ordering it. I'll talk to Sissy at the NWTF show in Nashville, she is the main person who takes the orders. Usually we have it by April 1st. Fifty lb. bags, corn, beans, wheat. Corn usually around $25, beans and wheat around $8-10 a bag. The chapters make no money on the seed, the price Is set by the NWTF. I will update in a few wks. Tks.

Yes. One update. The West Tn. Chapter has decided to only order RR corn this yr. I voted to go with beans also, but the guys just don't want to order beans again. Main reason is we get a load of corn in, then have to unload it and set a pickup date. Then, a month later, we have to get the beans, unload them, set a pickup date. We got stuck with a bunch of beans that wasn't picked up, so they just said to much trouble. RR corn should be around 25-30 a bag, limit determined by how many sign up. Usually around five bags a person. You will have to be a member of the West Tn. chapter, or buy a membership in our chapter to get this. Tks
 
Tickweed, thanks for the update. To be member in the West TN chapter does one have to be a member of the National Organization as well?
 
If you buy a membership, you are part of the national. The reason our chapter requires a membership is it helps us to receive more bonus guns for our yearly fundraiser. The more memberships we have, the more guns we get from the NWTF to raffle . just a way for us to raise a little more money for the wild Turkey.
 
Thanks for the update. I am a big fan of the beans as well. If something changes or if getting some extra help would make a difference let me know.
 
OK RR Corn is here. We need to move around 100 extra bags. All that is required is to be a current member of the NWTF, or buy a membership from us. Seed will be handed out this Fri. afternoon, April 17th. Price is around $30.00 per 50lb. bag, limit 5 bags each. call Perry 731 616 2354 Tks
 
Man can't get out there on Friday. If anyone in the southern middle area has an extra bag or two I'd gladly buy them.
