Three Day Weekend

A photo dump from this past weekend's endeavors:

-Fettuccine and coffee rubbed backstrap with some leafy things.

-Fudge brownies with cream and raspberry-orange sauce.

-Pulpo a la Gallega...grilled Spanish octopus in olive oil, garlic and paprika. Very tasty. Also very creepy to actually make.

- Chipotle marinated chicken and jerked chicken on the grill.

-A doe shoulder rubbed heavily, smoked, then braised until it surrendered.

-Sunset relaxation.

looks great, except the bloody juice in the fettucine but thats just me. lol i cant eat a med rare steak on the same plate as my potatoe or salad either.
