I am new to having trail cams out this early. Could this deer end up being decent?

Looks like he'll be a small 6 or 8 to me. His antlers would look like large "dog bones" if he was gonna be a biggun.

Is that this year? The bucks on my place don't start growing their antlers out like that until the end of June/first of july

I had one like that a few years ago. He turned out to be a big 8 with two drop tines. Saw him once but didn't get a shot.

With that much growth this early, he should be a dandy

you he's Not a Good one, especially on here

That being said he's headed in the right direct
to be that way in May

Thanks for the input guys. Any thoughts on age? I know its hard ton tell this time of year, but I am thinking maybe a 3 year old. In other pictures he has some sway in his back and a little saggy brisket. He looks to be a good body sized deer as well.
