Generally speaking, the shot looks fatal, but I have three concerns. First one is easy, how far was the deer, and more importantly, how high was the shooter (trying to estimate approximate angle of arrow flight)? Second one is him flagging as he went out the video frame, not typical of most fatal deer I shoot with an arrow. I like to see a tucked tail with his/her head tucked low on a death run until they expire, but that is not always the case. My third concern, which is always a wild card when shooting mature bucks "low" with archery tackle, is that the broad head may have slipped right under the heart, and maybe barely nicked the onside lung at the bottom, never touching the offside lung, and possibly causing a slow death at a distance much further than we can cover and find in a timely manner. Mature bucks have the UTMOST desire to live, and they never cease to amaze me with the amazing things they do after being hit in/near the vitals with an arrow/bolt.
Without anything else to go on, my guess is low hit on nearest lung, and the buck expires a long ways from area where he was shot, often unrecoverable without a dog or some luck, or extremely low hit below the vitals, and he lives to see another day as long as infection does not sit in, or he does not become weak and the coyotes catch up with him.
