That same load out of my 26 inch barrel Ruger gets 3445 fps. I was surprized at the velocity. I used it last year and shot one eight pointer with it at a little over 100 yards. It was a broadside lung shot and had an exit wound with the deer running 60 or 70 yards and dropping as they usually do with a lung shot. I was pleased with that but wouldn't want to try a shoulder shot with the same combo unless range was a bit farther. With the accuracy you're getting you should be set.
 
I just loaded them like I did the other 3000 that has been through the bbl,when it was new the col was 3.265,,now I can`t reach the rifilings at 3.400 which is about as long as I can go and have ullet left in the case,,it may be a different lot of powder also,,I started to bump it a little but it still shoots good,,I actually saw 3500 back when the bbl was new but would get a flier ever now and then and backed down to 56 grs,,first time I clocked it in 6-7 years
 
Those RUM's burn throats like that? That is good info and an excellent group! Gonna shoot it prone? ;)
 
25-06 there firefox,,my RUM only has about 1200 rounds through it and it`s throat is holding up well,,and I`ve shot em all prone,,,

DA has some video of me shooting the RUM prone and hittin a 2 liter Pepsi at 500 yards.
