This weekend's bowfishing results

Went out for a couple of hours Friday night and got a nice assortment of carp, gar, drum and bowfin.

I love shooting these. They put up a heck of a fight and are mean as all get out!

What??? A real bowfisherman would've lipped those bowfins!!!! hahaha just kidding. We used to shoot'em all the time in NC, but East TN is void of bowfins!

We usually get some each trip but we didn't get any this weekend. We also have at least one jump in the boat every trip.

Looks like a blast. Honestly I would never want to shoot a bowfin and would be happy to see one and get a chance at catching one on rod and reel. I also wouldn't shoot gar. But I do want to do some practice on the buffalo around here.
