This Sure Doesn't Inspire Confidence in TWRA Waterfowl Management

So the guys in our Shelby Forest draw spot were laughing about this on Friday. One guy got a "DON'T FORGET TO TURN IN YOUR SURVEY OR YOU WON'T GET TO HUNT!!!" postcard in the mail. The name on the address was wrong. Then I got this in Saturday's mailbox. So they insist on everything being electronic, then they spend $$ to print out these postcards and mail them to you.

Everything on the address label is wrong, EXCEPT for my street name & house number. Not my name, not Memphis, and not the zip code. How it managed to make it to my house is a miracle in and of itself. But how in the world does TWRA continue to screw up everything about this waterfowl process?????

That's all I can come up with.
Reminds me of the ones ruining our country from within.
Can't screw it up this bad unless it's on purpose.

I applied for nothing.
