Went to our lease this weekend to work on food plots good news is that red and white clover is growing like crazy lightly disced and over seed with more clover and oats hopefully it will rain before Turkeys get it. Bad news is that in July I set out two new Trophy Cams check 1st one over 500 pictures I was fired up got to 2nd one and it was gone. Gates all locked and no 4 wheeler signs must have been someone walking two stands with in eye sight not touched. This is not the 1st time football hunter and I lost two cameras and 2 tree stands a couple of years ago. Hope I catch these people one day.

Can't stand them either! had two stands stolen a few years ago! One on opening morning of bow season. I passed the guy and his 5 yr old son ( talking about setting a good example) going down the road with my climber after going to the processor. I thought he had a stand that looked alot like mine ( which was mighty suspiscous seeing as me and my dad made it) went to go back that afternoon. guess what? no stand!!!

that sucks. over the years we've had stuff stolen. had 2 stands a feeder stolen at one time a few years ago. somebody in a dully truck drove through the fields and got them. i hate thieves

Set up a dummy camera and then hide an infrared camera high up in a tree looking down on the false one.
And always lock a good camera down with either a security box or a cable system.
Lots of thieves walking among us.

I hate to say but a good cable system doesn't always work. I put out two cameras the week of squirrel season this year. I went last weekend to go and check them. The first one had a bunch of pics so I was stoked. I went to check the second and someone took a 20 gauge hand shot my cable off the tree and took my camera. WTF. They also left the shells there to throw it in my face too.
