went by there for lunch today. If you like Black Guns, they have them, if you want customer service, they seem rude to me.
Has anyone been there? if so, did I just catch them on a bad day?

I've only been in the store 3-times but didn't witness any rude behavior. I will say their prices are a tad high, though.

I've been in there several times and have never experienced any rudeness,but thats not to say that it doesn't happen.And yea they do have quite the black rifle goodness going on.

Maybe you caught them on a bad day. They were extremely helpful and eager to show me anything I wanted to look at--and did--and that was before my wife said she wanted to buy a rifle. I thought their prices were decent for a storefront operation and their selection is excellent. I am pretty critical of rude behavior among sales people in gunshops. In fact I was asked to leave the On Target store in Murfreesboro when I said that it seemed like it was a 'pain in the ***' for the sales guy to show me anything. And I put up with a lot of crap usually before I say anything. Anyway I would give the Outpost a thumbs up. Plateau Hunter

The Barrett family of Barrett Rifles owns The Outpost. They have done some pretty good business since they opened. If you want it, they have it or can get unlike some other places.

Went there Sat. for Second Or None rally.Store was full probally cause it was feezing outside.Saw the original .50 cal. that Ronnie Barrett built in his garage.There were some good speakers there.
