Same for us. First time I have planted Romas, will definitely be planting them again.

My bride has sauced and salsa'd as much as we need. She's now blending then freeze drying to make tomato powder for cooking, as filler, flavor, etc. This is one round, 5 trays. We should get many more rounds, Lord willing.

I made tomato powder for the first time this year. Definitely will do more next year. A little goes a long way to thickening up sauces.
