Big J that's awesome! Cant wait until I get a chance to go....got the boat back today. Its addictive for sure!

interesting. I may have to try this. Doesnt seem like it would be much fun though since you just kinda drop it in and let it be.

Yep just drop it I'n like a bobber! More fun for kids than you can ever imagine.

Mote fun for kids? Heck y'all come on down and hope in with me...you'll be acting like a kid when you see a 30 lb. cat take the noodle under for about 10to seconds. The smaller cats are fun....but there is nothing like a big one tugging on the other end of that noodle. Big J how long ate your noodles? I cut all mine at 24 inches im think of going to 36 to keep the big ones from pulling them under.

I'm going saturday evening.. Big J.. Do you wanna go

Why heck yeah!! We are probably gonna go from 4 till about 11 Saturday nite? YOu wanting to go to priest?

Sorry about all the typos; I was using my cell phone.....not a fan of autocorrect. Big J I don't have a fishing boat; but I do have a 13 person Tahoe to jug fish from so we will have plenty of room. I love to fish but I bought this bought for family time. Let me know when you can make it to Huntsville we will wear out the Tn River!

I cut mine 20 inches. I started when I was younger than those boys. I catch a lot of 40# cats. There is no feeling like watching a jug stand up and go strieght down out of sight and you just wonder if it is coming back up. Mine always have come back. Those boys are definantly hooked.

I use 6 inch jugs. We go for eating size cats. Upto 10 lbs. Over 10 and they go back. Just learned from the old guys.

I cut mine 12" long. Then cut my PVC 18. That way I can put reflective tape on one end and when I'm spotlighting I can see if there is anything on.. Then you also have PVC to hold on to and fight the fish.. That 54.8lb cat on PP 2 years ago was a beast.. Cant wait to go catch them again.

10' by hobson pike bridge..

You are way on up the lake. I am putting in at cooks and looking out at the lake from the no wake boey look at the 10 oclock position. Cross across the lake and I assume that is an island. There is a cove that goes in and to the left. when going into the cove drop 5 footers along the left wall ajacent to the main lake you crossed. We pulled out some nice channels and blues right there.

One weighed 10 lbs.

May have to try the bridge. I know right where you are talking about. That water is rough during the day but at night I bet it is pay dirt!

Or go right of the boey pass the cove and that real shallow point and drop just the other side of that point all the way to that end that coves in at the park area. That may be my favorite spot so far. I was in there with ruff water and had to fight the waves but we were getting a lot of hook ups with good eating cats! Just fighting the waves stunk. Can't wait to get out there at night. I am gonna where them out!

If my sinuses don't freaking clear up. I doubt I will be there gents. These allergies are killing me.

Don't back out on me now smalls.. I have the boat loaded up.. Gassed up.. I have a baby shower to go to at 11.. then I'll be out there.. I don't have anyone to go with if you don't go smalls..

Let me know!

Chris
