The one I used was a little different. Same length handle but the rope was attached to it on both ends and you looped it around the deer's neck. Same principle. It does make dragging a little easier.

I made mine out of an old ski rope. It has single handle and about 6 feet of rope

They had both of them at gander MT. Last time I went a week or so ago started to buy one. But thought might as well wait till around next season.

Mine is just about 6 feet of webbing and 6 inches of 3/4inch PVC pipe. Works like a dream. If you can get the deer's front hooves up behind its ears and tied the webbing around front feet and neck you can really lessen the chore.

I have one called a snap dragem. You hook thru the nasal cavity on does or wrap around the antlers on bucks and it has a split ski handle. Works well and it will fit in your pocket. Got it years ago in AL. Think the company went out of business. Too bad. It's a good product .

They work great using alone or with a helper. Lightweight and easy to pack in with a stand. Sure beats bending over and grabbing a handful of antler. Also easily made with a little rope and a short piece of PVC pipe.

My deer drag usually works fairly well.....when I can get them on the phone.:) Greg and Mike are seasoned draggers. :super:

This is my deer drag. Has worked perfect over the years.
