Agree 100%...He'll have to mature a lot once drafted...He is way more suited for the NFL than Johnny football.

im sure money and fame will lead make him a model citizen. I guess at least he will have money to pay prostitutes, so maybe his raping days are done. prolly wont have to steal crablegs either. although I have always heard that playing football for the criminoles paid fairly well
 
Redblood you sure help spread nasty rumors. FSU doesn't pay players. That is left to Vanderbilt and UF and others. FSU gives education and a family atmosphere and seafood dinners.Jameis will do a lot of good while playing in the NFL,like Warrick Dunn and Derrick Brooks.I also know he has changed to Lobster for dinner.He wishes for the day he had a a build like Sonny Jergeson,Ali,Ben Rothlisburger and others.

Winston ran a 4.99? That will amount to about 3 million$ per second that he will make . I'd like to see speedy do that well. Winston gets the money,crab legs and the girl. Peyton ran a 4.8 and Tom Brady a 5.24, not bad company to be in,but we know it's all about football knowledge .Mariotta has never called a play in his career and has only played from under center 5 times in a year.This is a good kid probably but will be working at ESPiN in 5 years.

Winston is way too stupid and immature to waste a first round pick. But, just like always, some team will do it and will regret it in a few short years. Think of the elite NFL QB's. Winston has absolutely nothing in common with them when it comes to brains and common sense.

What is not normal in my neck of the woods is accusing someone of rape over and over again when they have been cleared by 5 different law enforcement groups and judges. Dang redblood I just can't see how you know more than these people who have seen the evidence and spoke with everyone involved which includes her and her friends.He will get the money, which he deserves, and hopefully get to enjoy the rest of his career . Actually, supposition and innuendo is pretty much the norm with sports talk regardless of what neck of the woods you're in.

baddnole - history is littered with examples of NFL scouts, GM's and owners who got it wrong with player evaluations and selections. It happens every single year. Given who Jameis Winston is and his "off the field" history, I believe the odds are against him becoming a top NFL QB. Plus, nobody knows how he will handle being filthy rich. There is no doubt he will be picked very high and make a ton of money. The question is whether he will be worth it. Many people believe he will be, and many others believe he won't. Only time will tell, but my bet is that Winston will not prove to be a good #1 pick.
