Tenderloin Perfection

I hate that I run out of pieces of tenderloin so quickly. I am pretty sure I could eat this every night.

just a wee bit too rare for me too, but i would lap it up if invited to dinner lol.

Did me another one just today. I added a grilled romaine heart with a creamy jalapeño dressing. I may never eat salad again unless I char it first.
