heres what i got in mind ,,, tell me what you think!

take a butterflied loin steak , ad some caramelized onions on to one side of the steak, ad some Monterreyjack cheese or cream cheese and a few slices of jalapeno pepper , wrap it up now its on the inside of the steak . now wrap a piece of bacon around that and stick a tooth pic threw it , and cook on the grill.

sounds good ive got some in the freezer sliced 2 inches thick may try it myself.
