How is the buck quality at Tellico Lake in the McGhee-Carson unit?

I'm considering applying kids for youth hunts there. I would expect at least two years to draw maybe. The date conflicts with another hunt we have this year, but it might be cool to do something different next year.

Where you headed, by the way I don't believe many people know much about Tellico hunting, but I know a guy that does hunt right outside of Tellico and kills some decent bucks.

Lots of options in 3 states....just depends on the luck of the draws, cheer competition and the wife's mood. However, I will say that I am not a fan of youth hunts that do not maintain the same quality standards as the adult hunts.
