TC Encore Value needed

Guys, I am trying to buy a Thompson Center Encore that is blued and has a Realtree stock, but not the thumbhole stock. It has two barrels-one the 50 cal MZ and a 270. It also has a Leupold 3 x 9 scope on it. I am wanting to get a close value on this gun if I can. The man is asking a 1,000 for it, but will entertain offers. I know it is hard to price something sight unseen, but help me out if you can.

That is a little steep for a regular blued encore. I just bought a stainless 50 cal camo pro hunter with flex tech stock and leupold 3-9 for 750. Have seen blued encores go for 4-500
