Tarp question

So for the ones who sent off for tarp certificate do you think it'd be worth it to try for this entry?? For some reason I thought it was 21 for a smallie so I didn't try taking a better picture. My best smallie from Cordell hull.

yeah i would. best thing to do is print off that list and keep it in the boat. my son and i caught a few largemouth from 23 1/2 to 23 7/8 thinking the length was 24.

Technically you don't even have to send a picture.
With a witness to sign you just have to tell them how long it was.

Sure! Looks OK to me. Also, if you had anybody with you who can "witness" your catch, you don't even have to provide a photo.
