I posted about the same question on another forum & the Venture got good comments from everyone, but I talked with a good friend of mine & we got on th eTC subject & heard from a owner that they didnt shoot worth a dime, but a hands on assesment I cant make.

If it's guaranteed MOA, then they should replace the barrel or weapon if it doesn't perform. I'm sure there's some requirement for the optics, though.
 
One of the gun magazines did a write up on under 500$ bolt action rifles. If I recall they did the Savage Axis, Rem 770, Mossburg ATR, Weatherby Vanguard, Marlin XL7, and the T/C Venture. The T/C Venture got the highest marks.
