Has anyone ever tried the encore locker pin made to stop side to side movement. For that matter has anyone ever had trouble with there encore when swapping barrels mz to rifle etc.... Like scope not being where you had it set before you swapped barrels.

I really like mine too but you do resight your gun after changing barrels......right?

I check mine after swapping barrels most of the time but some times I don't.
Never had any problem with point of impact changing though.

Ok thanks Ruger, i'm gonna make double sure next time i swap barrels see if mine move. I guess its more just a piece of mind that i check before i hunt with it.

I don't have another barrel for mine, but I did replace the pin with an oversized pin. I thought it was a little sloppy so I got a couple to try from Belms I think. It's not sloppy anymore.

I just bought an Endeavor and wouldn't think you need to resight unless you bumped your scope while changing out the barrells. The scope shouldn't move in relation to your barrell.

You shouldn't have to rezero the scope because when you take the barrel off the scope is not moving. I've never had a problem with mine but because I hunt a public WMA that doesn't allow rifles I bought another frame a few weeks back so I don't have to swap them in and out. Here are my twins.
