Can going from federal to cci primers on a 270 load change things? I'm shooting max Rl 19 loaded with federal primers but am changing to cci. I see no pressure signs shooting max out of my gun.

Absolutely it can change things, but it doesn't mean it will. Reduce the load a few grains and work back up to be safe.

Yep. You'll know right away. One low one mid one top. Bang-look-bang-look-bang-look
Any sign of pressure at low mid top you need to evaluate. Since you are shooting a known load you should see quite similar results between original primer and one now in use.

Any time you change ANYTHING on a load you need to back off a bit and work back up again. You may find that the best accuracy isn't at the same load that you were using before the change. Happens at times.
